  UN We are worried about the nurses"We are very worried about the fate of the Bulgarian medics in Libya," the UNDP Administrator Kemal Dervis said while on a two-day visit to Bulgaria. "The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon raised the issue at the summit of the African Union in the beginning of the year. His predecessor Kofi Annan also used to draw the international community's attention to the issue," Dervis said. He is thought to be the architect of Turkey's economy development programme. The UN Administrator is the third highest rank in the UN hierarchy after the secretary general and his deputy.
